All Week

  • Grad Shoutouts: All at UC San Diego are encouraged to submit a short message for their grad students to shout out their incredible contributions to the community. Submit your messages here
  • GPSA Swag Giveaway: You can win some awesome, exclusive GPSA swag by stopping by our events!
  • Zoom Backgrounds: Download one of our custom Zoom backgrounds to use for your virtual classes and meetings here.

 

Monday, April 1, 2024

  • Coffee Giveaway: GPSA members will be around campus giving away $5 drink coupons for Art of Espresso and Tec Cafe. Stop by while supplies last! Check us out on Instagram (@ucsd.gpsa) to find out where we'll be throughout the day! 
  • FroYo with the Dean: Stop by Yogurt World between 2 - 3 pm to socialize with your fellow grad community and eat FroYo with Dean Antony. 
  • GPSA Elections: Join GPSA from 6-8 pm in The Forum (Price Center, 4th Floor) for our annual Executive Team elections! Come meet our candidates and learn more about what we do. 

 

Tuesday, April 2, 2024

  • Grad Wellness Fest: join GFH for the Grad Student Wellness Fest on Tuesday, April 2nd, from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on the Nuevo West Lawn Area. Take some time to explore wellness activities and resources offered throughout the UCSD campus. A variety of classes, workshops, and info sessions will be offered throughout the day with a resource fair ending the evening.

  • Open Mic Night Social: Come meet your classmates and friends for an open mic night social at the loft starting at 6 pm! Fill out the interest form here if you are planning to attend or perform! If you would like to share a poem, musical piece, dance it should follow the theme of community or the graduate student experience. 

 

Thursday, April 4, 2024

  • Cookie Giveaway: Stop by the newly (almost finished) renovated Graduate Lounge in the Student Center between 12 and 2 pm to grab a cookie and see what’s new in the space before the official opening! Come early because supplies are limited.
  • Join the GPSA Diversity Advisory Committee (DAC) for a special movie night featuring the poignant film “Decision To Leave” from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at the Price Center Theatre. If interested in joining, fill out the form here.

  • Coffee and Donuts with GPSA: Come by the renovated Graduate Lounge between 10:30 and 12:30 pm for coffee and donuts with GPSA's executive team. We’ll be around to answer any questions you have!
